This includes beaches at Buckroe, Fort Monroe, Salt Ponds, and Grandview. Residents and visitors are invited to get some sun and fresh air and enjoy Hampton beaches. Lifeguards are no longer on duty. Dogs are allowed on the beaches after Labor Day until May 14.

Hampton’s two golf courses are open. The Hamptons and The Woodlands, as well as the clay-court Hampton Tennis Center. All facilities are maintaining social distancing by not operating at full capacity.
