A department of the City of Hampton, the Hampton Convention & Visitor Bureau (CVB) represents and markets Hampton as a leisure and group destination in its entirety. Hampton CVB is also the marketing and sales arm of the Hampton Roads Convention Center (HRCC).

The Hampton Roads Convention Center is privately managed by SMG, the world leader in facility management and development. The joint mission of these public (Hampton CVB) and private (SMG) partners is to increase tax revenues through through the economic impact of conventions, special events, and consumer shows.
