Sandy Bottom Nature Park 

Sleep among the trees at Sandy Bottom Nature Park. With many options, you can have a private getaway, or bring all of your closest friends. They have 9 campsites for up to 8 people, 2 group sites, for up to 30 people, and 4 yurts (Cabins), with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed. To reserve your campsite, visit the  Nature Center located by the camp parking lot. In addition, the park includes 12 miles of trails and a lake for you to rent a kayak, canoe, or paddle boat during the daylight.

The Colonies RV & Travel Park 

Taking your road trip in your RV? The Colonies RV & Travel Park is the perfect place for you to stay. They have 23 sites to park your RV, with water and electrical hookups, and 12 campsites if you prefer to sleep in a tent. If you forgot something, visit their Country Store for everything you could need! Make sure you take a walk across the street to the Chesapeake Bay, to enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach. 

Gosnold’s Hope Park

Another option if you are traveling with your RV or a tow behind camper, is to stay at Gosnold’s Hope Park. There are no reservations for this park, and their 16 campsites are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will have electrical and water hookup, along with access to showers and a bathroom facility. During the day time explore the parks fitness trails, kayak around the lake, and throw a frisbee or football around on their athletic field. The camping spot is perfect if you are traveling with your family!
