The Veterans Day Celebration returns with a parade and a full day of events honoring our nation’s veterans. At Continental Park at Fort Monroe, the community is invited to enjoy exhibits, live entertainment, food trucks, living history interpreters, family-friendly activities, and the Veterans Day Parade. The Veterans Recognition Ceremony at 11:00 a.m. will feature the Joint Base Langley–Eustis Honor Guard, an Armed Forces Salute, the sounding of Taps, and a Flag Planting for the Fallen, with additional entertainment following throughout the afternoon.
