Kristin Hanlon will be your guide through moments of mindfulness and bliss. Afterward, you will have an opportunity to share a discounted pint of Sly Clyde ($1 off) as you meet new friends and create community.
The class is donation-based. Please bring your own mat (B.Y.O.M.) and be ready to discover your inner peace.
