
Historic Garden Week – Hampton/Newport News

Experience Virginia’s Historic Garden Week from April 26 to May 3, 2025, a statewide event offering exclusive tours of private landscapes, public gardens, and historic sites at the peak of spring. Organized by the Garden Club of Virginia, the week features over 1,000 floral arrangements crafted by its members, enhancing more than 120 properties across the Commonwealth. With 29 unique tours hosted by 48 member clubs, visitors can explore diverse regions from the Shenandoah Valley to Tidewater. Proceeds support the restoration and preservation of Virginia’s historic public gardens and fund graduate-level research fellowships in landscape architecture.
