The BIL is hosting its second annual Halloween at the Beach. This neighborhood event is for children up to the age of 12. Arrive at 4:00 p.m. and hang out for a costume contest. Then we will have a short costume parade at 4:30 p.m. near the children’s playground. New this year, we will have a trunk-or-treat! Stick around for fun, games, and prizes.
