Artrageous: A Celebration of Art, Music, and Imagination – Hampton Arts Education

Artrageous is a fast-paced, interactive performance that brings art, music, theater, and dance together on one stage. Students watch as artists create large-scale paintings live, transforming blank canvases into iconic images in minutes, set to music, movement, and storytelling.
Originally formed as a street-theatre troupe in Vancouver, Artrageous has performed around the world, turning each audience into part of the show. With live painting, high energy, and audience participation, every performance is unique.
This educational experience connects visual arts, performing arts, teamwork, and creativity while encouraging students to engage, move, and think creatively. A post-show Q&A gives students insight into life as a professional touring artist, and teachers receive a classroom study guide to extend learning beyond the performance.
