The William Tucker 1624 Society is hosting its first annual Scholarship Fundraiser, “A Jazz Night Out” as part of African Landing Day Weekend events. The event will feature local jazz band, RAJazz, and will include complementary light hors de ’oeuvres.

All proceeds will go directly to scholarships for deserving students in Hampton City Public Schools. This year, two scholarships were awarded to two deserving seniors. Both scholarship winners will be recognized at the event. Donations will help meet the 2023 scholarship goal of $10,000.
