All proceeds for the Dinner Dance will be donated to support the establishment of a new Buffalo Soldier Monument at the United States Military Academy (West Point), that will celebrate the distinguished service of the Buffalo Soldiers assigned to the Academy Cavalry Detachments from 1907 to 1946.
