Run any day or anytime from July 1 – July 28
Join Fort Monore for their virtual 5K or 1.3 mile Freedom Run. As a part of their new virtual forum series, “Evolution of Freedom,” the Fort Monroe Authority wants to encourage you to think about the question “How do you express your freedom through music?” While you run, we hope you will think about how music may bring you a sense of freedom and motivation.
Participants have from July 1 through July 28 to complete their run, at Fort Monroe, or the location of their choosing. Registration is open until July 8.
Live music at local breweries
Visit the breweries on our Toast the Coast Trail for live music, and good drinks, throughout the weekend. With beer, cider, and wine, we have it all in Hampton.
We hope you have a happy and safe 4th of July weekend!
