NekoCon 20: Catpocalypse (Nov. 3-5)The Hampton Roads Convention Center welcomes back over 3,000 otkau (fanboy’s and  fangirl’s) to NekoCon 20, a Japanese anime convention featuring everything from cosplay (a combination of the words costume and play) to L.A.R.P. (Live Action Role Playing) in which attendees dress up as their favorite anime characters and become part of the action. Members are welcome to attend various panels and workshops, purchase merchandise in the dealer's room, and be a part of main attractions like karaoke contests, art shows, and nightly dances. Friday: 12pm-2am Saturday: 9am-2am Sunday: 9am-4pm

Bodacious Bazaar & Art Festival (Nov. 10-12)The Bodacious Bazaar & Art Festival is an amazing shopping experience that happens once a year in the Hampton Roads area. The show’s mission is to fund local nonprofits through quality shopping opportunities and to promote our communities talented artists. With perfect timing for holiday shopping this event has something for everyone, in a beautiful indoor setting. Vendors, artists, and shoppers alike can't afford to miss this amazing show! Tickets: Adult $7 one day $10 two days Children $4, Children in Strollers FREE Wine Tasting Ticket: $20/day November 10 & 11: 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. November 12: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

11 | Veterans Day Commemoration

In partnership with the Boy Scouts of America we will honor those who have served in the United States military. Attendees will be invited to place US flags in the field for a week-long observance.  Program in the field between Batteries Church and DeRussy (location subject to change).

25 | Southeastern Guns & Knives Show (Nov. 25-26)

Southeastern Guns & Knives Show (Nov. 25-26)The gun show is an American tradition that traces its roots to the early days of our country's settlement, when hunters and trappers ended their season in a "rendezvous." Like those early meetings, the contemporary gun show is an event that allows participants to view, buy, sell, and trade a wide variety of shooting and sporting products.  Gun shows contain a mix of accessories and weaponry. Displays range from rare and collectible civil war weaponry to the most recent hunting and shooting products. General merchandise also found at the show include army surplus, shooting supplies, historical collectibles, and other forms of militaries. $10.00 Children 14 and younger are free and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older
